Iain who? Iain S Bruce is a multi award-winning journalist and pioneer of internet reporting with over 20 years experience as a reporter, feature writer and pundit in the international press & broadcast media. A journalistic all-rounder, while carving out a reputation as one of the country's most accomplished technology writers he has continued to report on an array of subjects ranging from crime and society to the arts and popular culture. Currently the Technology Editor of the award-winning Sunday Herald newspaper, his freelance work has appeared in most of the UK's major publications including The Guardian, Sunday Times, Independent, Scotsman and Telegraph. A regular expert on BBC Radio Scotland, he has also worked for a variety of international newspapers and technical journals. He was the founder of penpusher.com, the world's first bespoke internet content agency, and has been involved in numerous projects exploring web usability, commercial news services and computer-aided reporting. His first book, a no-holds-barred account of prison life told by murderers, bank robbers, drug dealers and burglars, is scheduled for publication in October 2008. Entitled CONS: Voices from the Inside, it has no agenda other than to present an authentic representation of what life is really like inside some of the UK’s toughest jails.
